To Thaw: Thaw under refrigeration for approximately 8 hours. For quicker thawing,place scallops in colander and rinse under cold water 5 to 7 minutes.

To Prepare: Bay scallops are easy to prepare and little cooking time is required. For optimum flavor,broil or sauté for approximately5 minutes.

Bay scallops are the perfect ingredient in soups, casseroles,pasta dishes and more.Scallops are fully cooked when the center is opague in appearance.
